DescriptionBuilt in 1912 for Henry and Carrie Wallace, this house still stands on 37th street. Mr. Wallace was General Manager of the Wallace Publishing Co., and President of the North Western Live Stock Insurance Company. Mr. Wallace went on to serve as Secretary of Agriculture for both President Harding and President Coolidge.
